WHY IS IT NECESSARY THE PERFORMANT ENDO TREATMENT ?
1965 – 2015, 50 YEARS IN MUSIC… A PERSONAL HISTORY
It’s been 50 years (5 decades, half a century… a life almost… parallel) since I like music, I listen to music, I live through music, I record music, I search for music, I buy music, I present music, I see concerts, I offer music as gifts, and last but not least... I do music therapy, (both directly for myself and indirectly, for those who understand, accept and enjoy this sublime and subliminal contribution of culture...), all of this free, liberal and completely disinterested, as it should be for all citizens of the world, all the arts in their various manifestations...
Of course, the first question anyone could ask is: Who were the people, classmates, friends, and the informed quality citizens, of whom I had the chance to access indirect and / or directly the music... On the INDIRECT level, were indisputably the past famous presenters of music from the Radio "Free Europe", Cornel Chiriac, followed by Radu Theodoru and (simultaneously with them) Milovan Ilic, the presenter of his show on Yugoslav radio entitled "Mini Maks", followed immediately (in approximate order of value) by our conational Florian Lungu (jazz-blues), Florian Pittiş (pop-rock), Peter Umanschi (Timişoara) and Florin Silviu Ursulescu (Bucharest) for Romanian pop music.
On the DIRECT level were friends, some of the same generation, with whom I had since 1965 huge music contacts and exchanges in the two cities in the western Romania where I lived and formed myself.
Here can be delineated two distinct periods, first during the initial formation of the personality, respectively middle school, high school and university in Timișoara, when Gheorghe Nan (Geo), Silviu Genescu, Melinda Balint, Arthur Bențe, Vladi Knejevici, Lungu Ioan (Jim), Mimo Obradov, Marius Giura, Ioan Băcălete had major roles.
The second and most prolific period was the one in Arad, during the beginning of my professional activity, (accompanied by a large cultural freedom , unusual for that times...) the internship, final distribution, detachments, definitive establishment and privatization since 1991, when I had multiple resources from Octavian Cepeha , Loli Miltaller and Mircea Corodan.
…Octavian Cepeha, known by his real friends (and increasingly rare, almost extinct... like elephants...) as Tavi, unquestionably would deserve and would require a separate description and enlarged of his entire life devoted to knowledge, assimilation and promotion among others of the universal art (including music…), work which unfortunately has not been written yet…
A second correct question is: which were the technical methods, audio supports used for the first auditions for general information, the filtering and discussions, re-hearing, further deepening... As you will finally conclude in the last decades of the last millennium, they were not so technically and extremely difficult to obtain or with exorbitant prices and prohibitive for average living standards of families of that era. Also the personal technical equipment can still be defined by two successive periods: Timișoara and Arad.
During the period of general school and High School No. 2 from Timișoara (cycle I, grades I - IV, 1965 - 1969) the first information and listening to hits (or as they are called native-German... to “şlagăre”...) I was listening them individually on the family radio with lamps "Electronica" (in a cabinet from solid walnut, with the speakers protected with canvas woven made from straw of rice and with 3 UHF frequency bands!) especially when the parents were at work in the morning and sometimes I flunk for this purpose from some absolutely insipid school hours... Most often, the auditions were held collectively, with the group on the Ceahlău street (the end of the Army Hospital or Market 700) on the portable Russian “Selga” radio with batteries in a black leather pouch and a shoulder strap, followed by the bigger Romanian versions “Mamaia” and “Albatros”… We were mostly hearing the Romanian shows “Melodii la distanță”, “Melodia preferată”, “Răspundem ascultătorilor” and “Parada Șlagărelor” as well as the desired and famous Yugoslavian show with nonstop music (and very little amount of news and commercials and lots of humor) named “Mini – Maks”...
In the next period, between 1969 and 1973 (cycle II, grades V-VIII) the claims of increased diversification of musical novelties were higher. The new portable Russian radio VEF 205 was developed almost specifically for receiving western stations, having more than 8 UHF frequency bands where you could seek, fine tuning and receive in high-quality conditions (and in numerous locations) anticommunist broadcasts radio “Free Europe”, “Voice of America” and BBC which besides news had a rich cultural content, represented especially by the new waves of pop, rock, jazz, blues and folk from the west.
In the summer of 1973, with graduating the eighth grade at General School No. 16 and the admission in CD Loga High School in Timișoara, a great desideratum was apparently made, the possibility to also record the music that we listened on the new cassette recorders newly appeared at accessible prices… Our fellow citizens immigrated to Germany came back from time to time and helped their relatives by selling them “rarities”… purchased with currency (DEM) from the 2-3 duty free shops in town… My family has made a financial effort (big for that time) and bought in the autumn of 1973 the first Japanese mono radio-cassette recorder ACIKO, (its price was as an average salary then...). Besides the fact that it smelled like electronics, the radio (I noticed afterwards…) caught just in a moody way and... with variations "Free Europe" ... who was lost about 3 minutes after, and the recording head of the cassette recorder broke down without reason after the first 10 AGFA tapes recorded… to my dismay and my parents inability to complain something to someone. The disappointment for technical products from shops, without service guarantees clearly defined was huge...
So only in 1974, I joined the rest of the world... by buying from the electronic department of "Universal Bega" my first Czechoslovakian turntable, the famous Belcanto with amplifier, with 2 speakers on 2-way RFT with crystal dose and sapphire needle, which I’ve replaced it immediately with magnetic dose and diamond needle... Its sturdy amplifier had simultaneously efficient tone adjustments (low-high), balance (left-right) and entry into the DIN standard for other external sources to be amplified... Musical auditions were optimized by proper placement of stereo loudspeakers in my new own room in the new apartment building with four rooms on Tipografilor no. 4 street, where we moved in 1974.
Immediately, in the following year 1975 our first trip out of the country with the family car, a Fiat 124, through ACR, was in Hungary, when I bought a Hungarian sensational cassette recorder MK 402 with DIN entry / exit with military avant-garde, design - which served me faithfully coupled to the Belcanto turntable and other subsequent amplifiers for over 20 years, until after 1995, without any required service! Including the realization in the fall of 1975 of the two famous 90 minutes ORWO cassette containing only blues or slow songs, indispensable props and important on all the parties in high school that our group went to and with the girlfriends we had at that time, stereo cassettes that made my presence absolutely irreplaceable anywhere...
During C.D. Loga high school in Timişoara, between 1973 and 1977, the urban exchanges of music gave me the possibility to save money and to make a) big step ahead (in quality) by buying a Polish stereo tape recorder UNITRA, model M 2405 with 4 tracks, 3 speeds and an incorporated amplifier, giving the auditions quality by the speed on one hand and on another hand quantity by having double sense of tracks of the tape.
The trade, lease, purchase and sale of vinyl LPs (in town and at the flea market), the trades, the lease of the tape recordings realized between consumers and connoisseurs of music continued during the bohemian period, pre college (1977-1979), as well as during the University of Medicine in Timișoara (1979 – 1984). In that period, I made with perseverance and great efforts a probable exclusivist collection in Timișoara, of complete discographies of the greatest progressive rock bands, on tape recorder, at maximum speed recorded on over 100 recording tapes each with 4 albums / tape, respectively over 400 albums… I didn’t see fit to keep the collection only to myself, so between 1981 and 1984, I sustained a free cycle of stereo auditions " Progressive Rock Retrospective " at the House of Students in Timisoara 2 times per month, on Sunday at 18.00, where I presented all the exclusive discographies that I owned up to that day of the top 10 bands of the genre.
From the audio point of view, the quality of the sound evolved and grew once I bought the 2 new Bulgarian 3 ways loudspeakers (high, medium and low) by 2 X 150 W, coupled directly to the stereo tape recorder, for the location of which I was bound to cut manually with a saw (outrageous and unlawful... while parents were at work...), 2 equivalent spaces into the 2 new doors of the multifunctional furniture MOV (Modulated Horizontal and Vertical) which I received as a gift for my room in 1978.
In 1984, the bohemian and almost incredible cultural fertility period (during the University studies) apparently ended, through times regulations, (imposed by PCR for all the young intellectuals) and I was assigned to the length of three years during the internship dentistry with my wife Svetlana, colleague of generation, in Arad. Fortunately, it wasn’t a destiny coincidence nor bad, the quality of our colleagues, organization and professional facilities of the County Dental Clinic "Aurel Vlaicu" of Arad, led by the late Dr . Ioan Iacob Drijman , causing us to come back to Arad obsessively... As young dentists, we were much like those castaways which always find in the daunting and hostile immensity of the ocean, the same piece of stable, green, welcoming and savior land...
Moved to Arad, in a central studio on People's Army Street, the first cultural endowment was made in February 1985 and it was inevitable and obligatory a special HIFI Sanyo minitower brown metallic, composed of 4 removable modules, an amplituner with equalizer on 7 sound frequencies, a mini cassette recorder already having Dolby B (units that could be mounted bunk or joined) and 2 loud speakers, on 2 ways of 50 W. In the following spring, 1986 I had the chance to buy and assemble my first HIFI tower AKAI made of an Akai amplifier of 2 X 120 W, Akai turntable direct drive with magnetic dose and diamond needle, a cassette recorder deck Akai with auto reverse and Dolby B/C and 2 Akai loudspeakers of 2 x 200 W with 3 ways to which on 1993 was added the latest Compact Disc player Akai.
Since I was regularly going on weekends in Timişoara for the musical auditions, it was added in the fall of 1986 a British HIFI tower ISP monoblock with remote control, with a turntable with linear arm, amplifier with 2 x 80 W, digital tuner, 2-Way equalizer, cassette recorder deck with Dolby, 2 loudspeakers with 3-way and support for disks on the lower floor, all mounted in a wooden tower on wheels with worktop and tinted glass front door with magnetic closures. The big sorrow came in November 1987 with the abusive final repartition (unjustified by the graduation grades of the faculty to which it was add the average of 6 grades of the twice-yearly examinations of the 3-year internship) in Săveni city, in Botoşani County. There, due to distance, lack of adequate housing and intense concern for getting transferred back to Arad, any possibility of listening of the collected music was impossible, a kind of “fasting " held for 1 year ...
Returned to Arad in September 1988, normality of the music "baths" returned with numerous novelties on vinyl and cassettes that have become accessible again... Immediately after 1990 followed an explosion of new and old music on cassettes, the quality of records increases hugely in the coming years by the emergence of Digital Compact Discs and CD - player. In 1995 it followed another top acquisition with a HIFI tower Technics with remote controls at each of the components: direct drive automatic turntable, CD player with editing function, cassette-recorder with memory with Dolby B, C and HX Pro, synthesizer tuner, digital processor of sound on 12 frequencies, Class A amplifier with 2 X 200 W and 2 loudspeakers with 3 ways by 2 X 500 W, followed in a short period of time by a DVD player.
Regarding the copying and music storage it appeared in increasingly rapid succession the compressed music formats like mp3, mp4, flac, CD-writer units and DVD-writer on the PC, mp3-player, the USB stick, the removable hard-drive, the Blu ray Disc … With all this super digital technology, many music lovers and collectors of music are returning in recent years increasingly to the vinyl disc acoustic whith the achieved standards of the third Millennium with all the disadvantage of the return of the B face that on the new technical turntable can have his charm...

„HOLIDAYS TEETH”... A MEMORY
Unlike the previous editorial from our site, this one will be very laconic...
Because, in this way, we express our appreciation that the education of our patients on quality treatments has finally showing off ...
We are no longer bombarded as in the recent past (10-15 years) from patients requiring from us within three weeks, changing their facial appearance from the one of “rake” teeth to the “Hollywood“ smile...
It seems that slowly, the patients aware that quality prosthetic treatment (be it fixed, semi-mobile or mobile) requires a mandatory sequence of steps (dental treatments, endodontics, periodontal, surgical, pre- prosthetic, etc.) and some even... psychological...
So, the last impressions for the completion of some extensive work we have taken in the last week of November 2015 and (the exception) in first of December (2015).
Good luck!!
With wishes for happiness and health for the New Year!

The idea of naming our dental offices „2D” struck me back in 1991, the year we set up our business; we were bound to register our dental offices at the Trade Chamber of Arad and were required to fill in a form in which we had to mention the name of our company.....The name 2D came straight away to my mind, and I was immediately asked on the reasons lying behind my choice… and my answer was: 2 „David”-s, 2 Doctors, 2 Dentists; the officer replied, with a smile on his face: „ A-ha, 2 Teeth, 2 Pains...” and this is how …2D… was born.
Today, in 2015 the 2D logo / brand is a pretext for an intellectual exercise further proposed…
Glossary : TMJ, (Temporo Mandibular Joint), 3D (three dimensions), 4D (four dimensions)…
One year ago, around February, I saw the movie „Gravity” - awarded with 7 Oscars prizes, a motion picture in whichSandra Bullock demonstrates what happens when imponderability bedazzlingly cancells / obliterates the three implied dimensions - 3D, to which, since time immemorial, mankind had been tied down, under the force of Gravity, …
The human being’s standing in an upright postition represented a first (ancestral) defiance of the classic 3D, the forelimbs (having become „superior”), released from their walking function, becoming (under coordination of a brain in progressive development) the instruments needed to produce technologies and create art, cultures and civilizations… The evolution of life on Earth, from the acquatic, crawling and quadruped species to the human biped is symbolically interpreted by the actress during the last minutes of the film, when the astronaut returns to Mother Earth….
The leaving of Planet Earth behind and the human activity in a state of imponderability represented the second (contemporary) defiance of the classic 3D, the ancient reference systems ( the horizontal axis, the vertical axis, the depth perception) having become meaningless when, in the absence of gravity, any positioning system becomes equally important for the human attempt to preserve life…
Challenged by the unsettling movie „Gravity”, I started questioning myself on the 3D behaviour of the human dento-maxillary system in a functioning state or / and while at rest. Few persons have the ability to imagine and comprehend, during a first cognitive step, the three-dimensional anatomic conformation 3D of the mandible, and then, during a second step, its integrated functioning (joints, bones, muscles, nerves, position and movement receptors, primary and acquired reflexes, old and new force lines, altered brain engrams, adaptability in time, etc.)
The human being has several paired joints (the shoulder, the elbow, the wrist, the hip, the knee, the ankle, the 20 fingers…) linking paired bones, such joints being capable of allowing well-defined movements in certain planes. As opposed to such functional pairs, even though there are 2 paired Temporo Mandibular Joints (left-right), there is ( 1 ) one single bone connecting them, the mandible having the 3D spatial shape of a horseshoe significantly and impressively altered in all the 3 spatial dimensions. For example, if the right hand can perform independent movements from the left one (with different directions and amplitudes), in the case of the mandible, the 2, (left and right), TMJs are interdependent... Not accidentally did robotics and bionics succeed in creating mathematic, graphic, experimental patterns and finally the complex orthopedic prostheses for the paired joints, but got stuck while performing the analysis, simulation and movement reproduction of the 2 TMJs connected in the 3D by the single bone called the mandible….
The 3D dimensions are not standardly defined within an absolute reference system, they are interchangeable depending on the conjunction between the human body and the terrestrial plane, generally known as a relative reference system …In vertical posture, (perpendicular to the ground of the human body in standing position), the temporomandibular joints (TMJs) may be defined and function (operate) within the 3 dimensions: vertical (up-down), horizontal (left-right) and depth (forward-backward). It is interesting, then, to imagine what happens with the TMJs in supine posture, when the three classic coordinates (3D) above described interchange, (the vertical axis becoming for example the depth perception) or they change into countless intermediate positions during current activities.
A mere example would be the functioning of the mandible during chewing and/ or swallowing movements, when the neuromuscular complex carries out extremely customized movements in the TMJ, depending on the individual's chewing pattern, which may be standardized or broadly classified into a rubbing, a chopping or / and a mixed one… Other examples could be offered from the range of the different movements, hard to imagine and to reproduce of the mandible and of the TMJ during different activities: in walking, while running, rollerskating, while riding a bicycle, skateboarding, skiing, in a skyjet , in front of the bosses, during a check carried out by competent authorities, in front of one’s PC monitor, etc..
While all the other joints of the body have longer or shorter rest periods, the TMJ has almost no rest periods. The complex (basic) functions of the dento-maxillary system were initially defined as being: the mastication, the deglutition, the respiration, the speech, however, several researches carried out over the course of time revealed a series of other functions such as: the physiognomy, the socialization, the self-maintenance, the immunity, the stress relief, etc. We can also correctly allege that the Temporo Mandibular Joint is probably the most frequently used joint in the body, which nobody spares from effort … Neither the (insufficiently informed) patients nor certain dental practitioners (in the case of complex arcade restorations, where sometimes one or more dimensions of the Newtonian 3D are not functionally reproduced, or are either under- or oversizedly reproduced).
And now, a few 4D considerations . In 1916, nearly 100 years ago, Albert Einstein introduced the time factor in the general relativity theory, as a speed (c) parameter in the formula E = mc2… 70 years later, the British astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, in his famous bestseller „A Brief History of Time”, defined and explained, for the unspecialized general public, time as being the 4th dimension of the known existence, both on a macrocosmic, as well as on a microcosmic level, including the human one … We will next refer to time as the man's 4th dimension, conscious or not of his evolution / involution in the predefined biological human time... This is why dentistry must necessarily be analyzed also from a 4D perspective, in terms of the irreversible aging process affecting the TMJ and the entire body in general, unfavourably influencing the extensive restorations carried out at some point in time by the dental practitioner and his team.
In time, both the physiological wear of the teeth, by the reduction and disappearance of the occlusal relief due to the repeated abrasive actions, as well as the pathological wear determined by hyperfunctions and parafunctions such as bruxism affect the vertical dimension of the inferior level of the face, with direct and indirect repercussions, known and unknown, symptomatic or hidden of the 2 TMJs, finalized once the bone growth process is completed around the age of 18 (in 4D). Not only the progressive physiological destructions of the dental units generate a diverse and / or acute pathology, but especially the pathological loss of teeth due to untreated dental diseases (dental cavities and periodontal diseases) followed by complications, aggravated by personal cumulative neglect in time of the oral health care.
It’s no secret to anyone that the population of the civilized countries has been subjected to an irreversible aging process for several decades and Romania is not making a difference within this framework . It is surely not coincidentally that the EU policies on the active life expectancy are heading towards the extension of the retirement age, due an acute and progressive lack of young, educated, stable, domestic and skilled human resources …
We suppose that it became more and more evident for the competent authorities and for the professional organisations that fewer children and teenagers turn for treatment to dental offices, meanwhile adults and especially elderly people have, with each passing year, progressively greater demands, prevailing, from a statistical point of view, as is the aged demographic pyramid … Only if one reaches a profound understanding of this inevitable evolution will he be able to materialize, in dentistry as well, 4D level health policies and collective / individual prevention and treatment strategies.
Besides an increase in the pathology incidence, the medical and dental treatments have become more and more complex in the elderly people, precisely due to the action of the time dimension, as part of the 4D. Particularly in Romania, the lack of any dental prophylaxis covering half-century of socialist regime, followed by a lack of continuous education on the daily oral hygiene, the chronic shortcomings in terms of financing the dental care sector within the public health system and last but not least, the financial limitations of the elderly in bearing the costs of technicized and expensive private treatments represent the defining milestones of the Romanian population’ s poor dental health.
Last, but not least, to this whole image may add-up the possible complexes marking the new generations of young Romanian dental practitioners „coming off an assembly line”, as is „produced” by a liberalized and autonomous academic education system , in a number exceeding 1.000 graduates / year ….They may possess enormous cutting edge theoretical information, but this comes into a sharp contrast with the lack of practical experience, a frustrating dichotomy for any graduate in dealing effciently with complex cases of dento-maxillary restoration in elderly people...
Here as well we speak of a first temporal 4D paradox, which seems, for now, unsolvable: the large generations of young dental practitioners, many of which dreaming about performing glorious implants and expensive ceramic veneers, but facing cohorts of elderly people who can only afford simple restorations, financially sustainable, which may allow them to perform, at least, their daily eating and speaking activities…
A second 4D temporal paradox involving exceptional ethic and moral aspects takes shape implicitly ….While young people (consciously or not….) have all the time in the world to do anything they wish for, having at their disposal a “dilated” or “expanded” time ... the elderly people, both subjectively, as well as objectively (we must admit....) have less time or more „contracted” time at their disposal....
A third 4D paradox is related to the general health status: young dental practitioners tend to consider all the patients healthy or overly-healthy, focusing mainly on facial aesthetics, while elderly patients suffer from a series of general chronic diseases, some of which serious, of which the elderly are fully aware (also that such illnesses could shorten / disrupt their lives), this accounting for their ranking of the dental treatments under the level of a major priority ...
As far as nD is concerned , (respectively more parameters than the 4D previously described), this could be the most complex approach, accounting for the human diversity, for the infinity of the possible combinations obtainable between the traits of the three human factors involved in the dental treatment: the dental practitioner, the patient and the dental technician.
In the case of the dental practitioner the following nD are equally important: the theoretical knowledges, the manual ability / dexterity, the professional experience, a good knowledge of both the patient's medical history and the tooth that is being treated, the access to the patients’ medical data, the minimal medical devices neccesary, the quality of the radiological investigations, the medical decision-making capacity, the ability to assess different 3D solutions, the setting of treatment stages, communication with the patient, the ability to persuade the patient to choose the best solution for his case, the estimation / forecast of the treatment evolution in 4D, the importance of making the patient aware of the necessity to schedule his / her annual preventive check-up, the clear understanding of the patient’s financial possibilities, the good collaboration with other colleagues with a higher level of specialization / training, the quality of the activity performed by nurses, the reliability of the prosthetic works carried out by the dental technicians, quality of dental materials and instruments from the providers, etc.
For the patient, other nD elements are important : the basic theoretical understanding of the diseases he suffers from, the acceptance of the diagnoses and treatment plans proposed in 3D, the ability to give up preconceived ideas, either personal or taken over from third parties from the so-called medical "folklore", the filtering of the information found on the internet or in the media, the understanding of the evolution of the diseases with or without treatment performed in 4D, the allocation of time for the scheduled treatment sessions, the personal dental healthcare during and after completion of the treatments, the acceptance of the bureaucratic aspects imposed by legal provisions, showing respect towards other patients and accepting the random emergency cases, the efforts made to pay the treatment costs in due time, etc.
The dental technician is also governed by several nD elements, many of which resemble to those of the dental practitioner: the specific professional knowledge, the manual ability / dexterity, experience in the field, the basic technical facilities of the laboratory, the ability to assess different solutions, the setting of laboratory work stages, the communication with the dental practitioner, the clear understanding of the patient’s financial possibilities, etc.
A special difference is that the dental technician maybe works under more difficult conditions than the dental practitioner, on a rough non-biologic support which can practically bear anything, deprived of movements, of muscles, capable of only an approximate simulation of the TMJ movementsin 3D. Not to mention the inevitable losses of certain details during the transfer of different technical phases on the two-way path ( 4D) dental technician's laboratory – dental office…
Starting from the necessity of writing a new editorial for the website of our Stoma 2D associated dental offices, we are glad to have offered our visitors a brief 3D, 4D and nD X-ray of our profession.

PATIENTS OF THE WORLD, WAKE-UP!
A few months ago I got at my dental office, (a gift from a patient, I do not know for what purpose) the book " The Cure for All Cancers” by Hulda Regehr Clark, Excalibur Publishing, 2008 (650 pages). I was shocked by the title because any kind of medicine (traditional, modern, natural medicine, bioenergy, etc.) has failed so far to cure all (!) forms of cancer. If the title would be something like: “the cure of some cancers“ it would have been a plausible text and credible author. Not wanting to keep in the dental office in which we practice evidence-based medicine a book containing phantasmagorical ideas, I decided to throw it to waste paper. Incidentally before I opened the book to page 103 in which it was written about dentistry and not in a page but in over 40 ... In these conditions, I took it home to browse the specialized chapter. After reading the chapter on dentistry and after I went on Wikipedia to check who the author is I was terrified and I decided to write this article. It’s title, not incidentally, is a paraphrase of the famous slogan " Workers of the world, unite! " because as a first step it is a call to the community of patients to take note of a cheat on a world scale (it has infected Romania too) is more than necessary.
Let’s see what kind of dentistry the „super- healer" Hulda Regehr Clark proposes us.
DENTISTRY LIKE IN 1800, WITHOUT A THING…
The theory of the origins of all forms of cancer developed by Hulda Regehr Clark in the 80’s claims that the triggers of the tumors are aside intestinal parasites, some related toxic belonging to the twentieth century civilization and some vegetables , pets , etc ... According to her in the upper digestive tract almost all highly diverse materials used in dental restorations would be directly responsible to be carcinogenic ... Let us see what Hulda Regehr Clark proposes in dentistry in her book in PART TWO: HEALING.1. Take care of your dental prosthetics (pag.103 -149). This section has in the first 11 pages the contribution of the dental surgeon Frank Jerome, DDS, consisting mainly of rhetorical questions… Hulda Clark (without any specialized training!) explains to her own dentist about the dental treatments and she convinced him that 95 % of modern dental materials are not good...
The silver amalgam filling are toxic and should be removed. What she didn't know is that in the past and in the present there are no professional research demonstrating on a scientific base any harmful character of amalgam. So, in the past and in the present, the systems of health insurance pays for the silver amalgam fillings in countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom ...
Esthetic fillings materials (collectively referred to as composites) are also toxic because we quote "sure they release something ..." and , therefore, it must be removed ... Regarding to the replacement of the final restorations as "carcinogenic", Hulda Regehr Clark has found the solution: ZOE, a temporary cement mixed from zinc oxide and eugenol which has a similar strength of the gypsum used in constructions and proved scientifically in the last decades to be toxic to dental pulp, while generating necrosis, thus being gradually removed from contemporary therapeutic arsenal...
The fillings used to replace the infected nerve are also not good and they must be removed, by radically generalized extraction of all teeth with root canal fillings. Moreover, Hulda Clark makes during the other 5 pages a mini X-ray course to Jerome Frank (and thus readers!) in which she explains what is seen on a panoramic radiograph !
Crowns and bridges whether metal, metal-acrylic or metal-ceramic are also "carcinogenic" and should be removed quickly. Anything that modern dentistry has used in the last 100 years is not good from the point of view of the “naturist” Hulda Regehr Clark.
Regarding the replacement of all crowns and bridges the restoration will be done after "the healer" only with partial or complete denture made from transparent base (not pink !!), the only substance approved by the " academician " Hulda Regehr Clark. In this way she cancels modern dentistry and makes a reversal in the 1800’s when in the US any dental illness was treated with forceps and dentures were worn since people were 20 years old, according on an "extraction mode” which is more than criminal way ...
In one of his statements in the book, Hulda Regehr Clark says, "Why do you need teeth in the coffin?". In fact, every person needs a functioning dento-maxillary system, as integral as it can be for the natural functions: mastication, speech, look, etc. At least in terms of dentistry the author proves a radical type like the concentration camp (with piles of extracted teeth), showing a bias based on their own pseudo-science invented out of thin air and has no connection with the actual progress based on in vitro and in vivo investigations of modern dentistry .
QUOTES FROM WIKIPEDIA ABOUT HULDA REGEHR CLARK
As soon as I finished reading the nightmare section (anti)-dentistry of the author I went on Wikipedia to learn more about her and I was more than shocked. We will show you with italic text a part about Hulda Regehr Clark from the wikipedia website. For the full article visit the website http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hulda_Regehr_Clark on wikipedia. Emphasis added by us.
Hulda Regehr Clark was born on 18th of October, 1928 in Rosthern, Canada. She was a naturopath, author, and practitioner of alternative medicine.
Clark claimed that all human disease are related to parasitic infection, and also claimed to be able to cure all diseases, including cancer and HIV / AIDS, by destroying these parasites, electrifying them with electrical devices which she marketed herself. Clark has written several books that describe methods and clinics where she worked in the United States. After a series of legal problems and actions of the United States Federal Trade Commission, she relocated to Tijuana, Mexico, where she opened the Century Nutrition clinic .
Devices and Clark 's claims were rejected by the Federal Trade Commission of the United States Food and Drug Administration of the USA and by the personalities in the field of alternative medicine such as Dr. Andrew Weil as scientifically unfounded , bizarre and potentially fraudulent .
Hulda Regehr Clark has earned the degrees ( Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts ) at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, in 1949 or 1950. Despite claims that he obtained a Ph.D. in Physiology at the University of Minnesota (1958 ) , official records recorded that argument was entitled "A study of the ionic balance of muscle crawfish ; evidence for two compartments of the cell potassium",Clark earning her Ph.D. in Zoology certificate (major ) and Botany (minor). In addition, we find that her references were obtained in an undergraduate degree from Clayton College of Natural Health. Clayton is an unaccredited educational institution founded in 1980 in USA. In 1985 , when the school was called Dr. Clayton 's School of Natural Healing, the courses for the title of " Doctor of Naturopathy " implies 100 hours of study, for a fee of 695 dollars. In 1998, an official of the Office of Degree Authorization Oregon, USA Clayton College graduates decided that they will not recognize bachelor in this state. Why ? During the investigation, the department found that a graduate, Joyce M. Randrup, obtained from the College not less than 4 degrees in 14 months! To be precise: the title of Doctor of Naturopathy on January 25, 1988 , and the degrees of BS , MS and Ph.D. on March 28 1989 recap : ND , BS , MS and Ph.D. in about 1 year!
TREATMENT
According to Clark, all diseases are caused by foreign organisms and pollutants that damage the immune system. She said that the suppression of the parasites, bacteria and viruses from the body using herbal remedies or electrocution while we get away from the diet and environmental pollutants, would cure all diseases.
In his book " Healing all types of cancer ," Clark postulated that all cancers are caused by the flatworm Fasciolopsis Buski. However, this worm does not live in the United States or Europe, but mainly in India, parts of China, Vietnam and other east-Asian countries, and only in rural areas where people are eating unboiled food from water plants, or where pigs live close to humans. Clark also said that HIV is a worm virus and that the worm is responsible for AIDS: "I find it in every case of HIV, Alzheimer's disease. Without this parasite you can't get HIV." According to Clark, depression is caused by hookworms. Epilepsy and seizures are caused by swelling in the brain, attracting calcium and heavy metals, created by the parasite ascaris as well as by malvin, a natural dye found in strawberries, chicken, and eggs. Clark claimed she could actually cure all diseases, whereas, she asserted, conventional treatments for diseases, such as cancer and HIV/AIDS, often only aim to relieve symptoms. Nonetheless, Clark advocated for the use of her methods as a substitute for standard medical care: Does this mean you can cancel your date for surgery, radiation or chemotherapy? YES! After curing your cancer with this recipe it cannot come back ... Remember that oncologists are kind, sensitive, compassionate people. They want the best for you. They have no way of knowing about the true cause and cure of cancer since it has not been published for them. Regarding the effectiveness of her treatment, Clark wrote, "The method is 100% effective in stopping cancer regardless of the type of cancer or how terminal it may be. It follows that this method must work for you, too, if you are able to carry out the instructions."
MAJOR METHODS AND TOPICS
Diet Cleanup: Clark said food and supplements were sullied by contaminants such as heavy metals, byproducts in manufacturing, residue and mold.
Homeography: According to Clark, a "new science ... which is the electronic analog of homeopathy." She said an electronic signature of a substance can be transferred into bottles making a "bottle copy" of the original substance and that it can be done indefinitely.
Liver flush: She advocated the use of a "liver flush". She said it removes gallstones and parasites from the liver and bile ducts. This involves fasting, epsom salt laxatives and a mixture of olive oil and grapefruit juice.
Parasites: Clark said people have parasites that cause numerous problems. She described herbal and electronic methods to remove them, such as her Zapper device (see below).
Syncrometer: A "bioresonance" device developed by Clark and claimed to detect contaminants in substances up to one part per quadrillion (ppq).
Zapper: A device thought to pulse low voltage direct current (DC) through the body at specific frequencies. Clark said this device kills viruses, bacteria and parasites. In one case, a patient with a cardiac pacemaker suffered arrhythmias because of interference from the "Zapper."
INVESTIGATION, FLIGHT, ARREST AND LEGAL ISSUES
Federal Trade Commission and Food and Drug Administration action
The Federal Trade Commission brought a complaint against the Dr. Clark Research Foundation because of the foundation's claims about the effectiveness of the Syncrometer, the Super-Zapper Deluxe and "Dr. Clark's New 21 Day Program for Advanced Cancers."
Indiana
In 1993, while Clark lived and practiced in Indiana, a former patient complained to the Indiana attorney general. An investigator for the Indiana Department of Health and a deputy attorney general visited her office incognito as part of a sting operation. Clark proceeded to test the investigator and "told him he had the HIV virus but said that he did not have cancer." She told the investigator that she could cure his HIV in 3 minutes, but that he would "get it back" unless he committed to returning for six more appointments. She then ordered blood tests from a laboratory. Upon learning of the undercover investigators' status, Clark stated everything she had told them had been a "mistake". Two days later she had vacated the premises and disappeared. Six years later, in September 1999, Clark was located and arrested in San Diego, California, based on a fugitive warrant from Indiana. According to Clark, this was the first time she learned about the charge. Her lawyer protested the long delay before her arrest, but a prosecutor implied that she fled Indiana "when she learned that she was being investigated by the state," and the local police department had limited resources to devote to finding her. She was returned to Indiana to stand trial, where she was charged with practicing medicine without a license. The charge was later dismissed for failure to provide her with a speedy trial. The judge's verdict did not address the merits of the charges but only the issue of whether the delay had compromised Clark's ability to mount a defense and her right to a speedy trial.
Mexico
In February 2001, Mexican authorities inspected Clark's Century Nutrition clinic and ordered it shut down, as the clinic had never registered and was operating without a license. In June 2001, the Mexican authorities announced that the clinic would be permitted to reopen, but was prohibited from offering "alternative" treatments. The clinic was also fined 160,000 pesos (about $18,000), and Clark was barred from working in Mexico, even as a consultant; however, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported in 2003 that there was evidence that Clark continued to work at the clinic.
EVALUATION OF CLAIMS AND CRITICISM
Hulda Clark has been criticized because her claims lack scientific validity and consist of anecdotal evidence. Joseph Pizzorno, a prominent naturopathic physician, evaluated Clark's claims and found that her books mixed patients with conventionally diagnosed cancer with those whose cancer diagnosis was based solely on her use of the "Syncrometer". The patients with medically diagnosed cancer did not respond to Clark's treatment, while those she had diagnosed using the "Syncrometer" were "cured". Pizzorno concluded that Clark's treatments were ineffective and treatments based on Clark's recommendations "pose a substantive public health danger".
The Swiss Study Group for Complementary and Alternative Methods in Cancer (SCAC) issued a strong warning to cancer patients considering Clark's methods:There is no scientific basis for Hulda Clark's hypotheses and recommendations, including her suggested treatments. Prominent alternative medicine proponent Andrew Weil has written: "No studies have backed up [Clark's] bizarre claims, and it’s unclear whether the cancer patients she’s supposedly cured ever had cancer to begin with."
In 2002, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported Clark and her son Geoff operated a restaurant and leased housing for patients at Clark's Tijuana clinic. The article described a couple whose daughter, suffering from spinal muscular atrophy, was treated for 10 months by Clark at a cost of approximately $30,000 without improvement. Despite the cost and lack of improvement, the couple stated Clark insisted she was close to curing the child, and stopping treatment might endanger her. The patient's mother commented, "People don’t understand why we stayed so long, but Hulda Clark did a very good job of preying on us," and Clark, while stating she could not respond to the parents' allegations on grounds of patient confidentiality, denied their statements in general.
DEATH
Hulda Regehr Clark died 3 September 2009 of multiple myeloma (a blood and bone cancer). As far as the treatment efficiency, Clark wrote: Regarding the effectiveness of her treatment, Clark wrote, "The method is 100% effective in stopping cancer regardless of the type of cancer or how terminal it may be. It follows that this method must work for you, too, if you are able to carry out the instructions."

DEMYSTIFYING DONE
It is more than evident in the three pages translated by Anamaria Capotescu from wikipedia that the pseudo-degrees, pseudo-medicine, pseudo-diagnoses, pseudo-devices, pseudo-treatments and pseudo-results described by Hulda Regehr Clark were unveiled, dismantled and demystified at their time by the competent authorities in the USA and Mexico.
The overall activity of Hulda Regehr Clark had no connection with the contemporary evidence based medicine, devoted to the research on methods step-by-step and rigorous medical tests (laboratory, volunteers and statistics) recognized by the professional community and the competent institutions in the field, etc.
Her whole activity was focused on its own assumptions and postulates being exclusively oriented towards commercial criterion: the sale of her medical equipment not approved and her "universal" treatments.
PATIENTS OF YESTERDAY, TODAY VICTIMS ...
A legitimate question arises: which types of patients are addressed these methods / devices / books of Hulda Regehr Clark and in what context.
Clearly in the USA and Mexico possible patients were part of different categories: low basic training, below average or low income or on the survival limit, lack of access to social medical care based on solidarity, the huge costs of private medical ultra - technologized treatments and desperate and hopeless patients on terminal phases, etc.
After on the continent where Hulda Regehr Clark professed, the authorities in the USA and Mexico have banned the right to sell her pseudo-inventions, behold that her tome from 1993 entitled " Healing all forms of cancer " is translated in 2014 after 20 years ... in Romania ...
The Romanian patients categories which this book address " Healing all forms of cancer " are exactly the same as the Americans or Mexicans from 20-30 years ago !! This material is for their education for truth and health. But what are doing the Romanian authorities ??
INSTITUTIONALIZED REACTION, A SECOND NECESSARY STEP
During the writing of this article we asked ourselves when will the other "miracle" books of this author will be translated. Going online at Excalibur Publishing site I was stupefied to discover that in 2014 was translated and published the book “Cure for all Diseases" (1995) in two volumes of over 600 pages thick !! The fact that the "great healer” of all forms of cancer (!) and all diseases (!) failed resoundingly to treat her own malignancy apparently was not enough.
Although she died in 2009 suffering from multiple myeloma, her disappearance did not end her bussiness of selling her books by her heirs and publishers interested in easy gains on account generalized stupidity of the readers and / or lack of hope for some patients who refuse from the start or during the illness the modern medicine or are in the terminal stages.
Possible removal of patients from medicine and their handling with "pseudo-universal solutions" described by Hulda Clark constitutes a real threat to public health in general and an individual danger for real suffering patients. For these reasons a medical official reaction from the competent institutions of Romania is in a second step imperative necessary.
We expect a first professional reaction from the liberal professional organizations commissioned by the Romanian law, (equivalent to those of the EU to regulate the professions of doctors, pharmacists and dentists)
First, CMR, the Romanian Collegium of Physicians should take action, both by the central leadership and the specialized professional associations of family physicians, oncologists, medical laboratories, etc.
Secondly would have to take a firm stand of CFR, Collegium of Pharmacists from Romania, regarding the “universal famous potion" prescribed by Hulda Clark for all cancers ( composed of black nutshell (from hickory or black walnut), wormwood and cloves freshly grounded !).
Another organization that is legally required to have a reaction is CMDR, the Romanian Collegium of Dental Physicians because the quality of "expert" of Hulda Clark is manifested in power and harmful in dentistry too as we summarized in Chapter 2.
A second legal position is mandatory making the state authorities responsible for public health and the protection of patients. The demolition of the huge mystification with what Excalibur Publishing intoxicates the romanian patients suffering from tumor diseases should contribute substantially the Ministry of Health as the main responsible for public health, including the National Medicines Agency, the National Authority for Consumer Protection and not finally, the academic communities from the faculties of medicine, pharmacy and dentistry.
And last but not least would be a normal and European reaction of various and bona fide media to present the truth about the "pseudo - universal treatment” of Hulda Clark’s volumes and a position from the associations for the protection of patients.
Without an institutional, synergistic and determined reaction, the books "The Cure for all Cancers" and "Healing all Diseases" by Hulda Clark may have a hard to imagine effect on the short, medium and long term periods for the health of the citizens.
